Each workshop will allow those interested in addressing racism and adopting diversity as a way of life, to learn about their real selves and make changes in their lives. 2 hours per session, 25-30 people.

Created for specific groups or organizations.  These can be as broad as an overview of racism throughout the history of the United States or as definitive as how to create diversity within their own group. 2 ½ hours per session, 25 - 50 people
 

People who may or may not share a connection meet on a regular basis to discuss facets of racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion Are often open to the public who are not pre-registered. 1 hour per session, 10 people, 18 or older.

Open to the public and offered every 3 years, will involve many experts in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Conferences will be held over 3-day weekends in major cities and provide opportunities for organizations and individuals to connect, exchange ideas, become allies, and unite communities.
